The Disney Adventure sails Monday and Thursday afternoons and returns in the morning, which leaves two natural windows: the day before you board, and the day you disembark. Both are shorter than they look — you lose a chunk of the boarding day to check-in, and disembarkation morning is over by lunchtime.
Our advice after doing this repeatedly: pick one substantial attraction per free day, not three. Marina Bay Cruise Centre is well placed for the Marina Bay cluster — Gardens by the Bay is a 10-minute taxi and the Merlion, ArtScience Museum and Marina Bay Sands are all walkable from each other. Sentosa, which is where Universal Studios and the aquarium sit, is a genuinely different part of the island and deserves a full day rather than a squeezed half one.
If you're arriving from India, Malaysia, Indonesia or the Philippines and flying in the morning of your sailing, don't plan anything. Book the pre-cruise hotel night instead and use that afternoon as buffer — a delayed flight on boarding day costs you the entire cruise, and no attraction is worth that risk.
Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay Sands and the ArtScience Museum are all within a 10–15 minute taxi of Marina Bay Cruise Centre.
Sentosa — Universal Studios, S.E.A. Aquarium and Adventure Cove are on the same island and you won't do them justice in an afternoon.
Garden Rhapsody at Supertree Grove and the Spectra show at Marina Bay Sands are both free, both after dark, both worth it.
Universal Studios and the observation decks price higher at the gate and can sell out on weekends and school holidays.

Clarke Quay, Singapore Marina Bay Cruise Centre sits in the Marina South district. There's no MRT station at the terminal itself — the nearest is Marina South Pier on the North–South Line, about a 10-minute walk, or Marina Bay for the wider network. With luggage, a taxi or Grab is simply easier, and fares within the central area run roughly SGD 10–20.
To Changi Airport it's 25–30 minutes and around SGD 25–35. Sentosa is about 20–25 minutes by road. Singapore's taxis are metered and reliable, and Grab works exactly as it does elsewhere in the region.
It's hot and humid all year — expect low-to-mid thirties Celsius and afternoon rain that's heavy but usually brief. February to April is marginally drier and the most comfortable stretch for walking around outdoors. That said, most of the major attractions are air-conditioned or indoors, so the weather rarely ruins a plan; it just changes the order you do things in.

Not much. Check-in, security and immigration take 30-40 minutes and you need to be at the terminal well before departure. If you are flying in the same day, use that time as buffer rather than sightseeing. The day after disembarkation is the better free day.
